Assist outplaced employees and others undergoing career
transition in exploring options and making plans for
new career directions. The Career Transition Report
takes the information from the Strong Interest Inventory®
instrument and applies it to your client’s level
of interest in 10 functional work areas of an organization:

Finance/Accounting
General Management
Human Resources
Information Systems
Manufacturing/Production
Marketing
Research and Development
Sales |
The results, as presented in the report, can affirm
your client’s current career focus or suggest
new areas of exploration. Each functional work area
has a set of tasks associated with it so clients can
see which areas and tasks they showed interest in. The
report also includes an action plan that advises clients
how to effectively apply the results from the report.
Specific examples of activities that clients can do
to ease their transition and identify satisfying career
options are provided. Professionals can use this report
for clients experiencing career transition, outplacement
and workforce re-entry.
